1、用跨境卡車，除了縮短了運(yùn)輸時效外，還有哪些優(yōu)勢？答：

1）跨境公路在新疆前置倉的加持下，為客戶提供了陸運(yùn)柔性服務(wù)并全面提升客戶訂單管理效率。

2）跨境公路的包容性更強(qiáng)，可以承接危險品，大件工程貨物，含電池貨物，白色家電貨物等空運(yùn)和鐵路敏感貨物。

3）貨物入口岸保稅倉后，入?yún)^(qū)即視同出口，客戶就可以退稅。相比傳統(tǒng)的鐵路運(yùn)輸，縮短了客戶的退稅時效。

2、跨境卡車大部分是輻射中亞，中歐區(qū)域，請問可以去西歐嗎，運(yùn)輸時效如何？答：我們的跨境卡車服務(wù)，可以輻射整個中亞，中俄，東盟，以及歐洲板塊，甚至英國和北歐板塊也是沒有問題的。比如目前我們運(yùn)輸比較多的就是純鋰電池貨物到西班牙，通過阿拉山口出境后，直接卡車到西班牙海運(yùn)港口Algeciras，在Algeciras坐船到摩洛哥，門到門全段運(yùn)輸時效在18天左右，正常情況下到門到西歐城市的時效在14天左右，到波蘭12天左右，到中亞門到門8天左右， 到俄羅斯門到門9-10天左右。

3、東盟板塊，密爾克衛(wèi)的核心優(yōu)勢是什么？答：隨著RCEP區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，密爾克衛(wèi)一直致力于東盟板塊的核心能力建設(shè)。通過自建網(wǎng)絡(luò)，實(shí)現(xiàn)危險品跨境運(yùn)輸。

1）可提供國際鐵路和國際卡車服務(wù)：從廣西的憑祥入境東盟，我們可提供中越鐵路運(yùn)輸服務(wù)，也可以提供中越卡車服務(wù)，甚至還可以從通過越南銜接柬埔寨，泰國等。

2）自備冷柜：可提供專業(yè)的冷鏈保險國際鐵路和跨境卡車運(yùn)輸服務(wù)，自備冷柜及專業(yè)的冷柜運(yùn)營人員，為冷鏈運(yùn)輸提供了核心的技術(shù)支撐。

4、請詳細(xì)說說關(guān)于罐箱鐵路測試期運(yùn)輸?shù)氖召M(fèi)和準(zhǔn)備周期？答：（1）收費(fèi)：我們會對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行仔細(xì)調(diào)研，初步確認(rèn)理論上裝卸貨沒問題后，提供一個雙方認(rèn)可的正式合作的報價，那么我們測試柜也收取這個費(fèi)用，不額外收費(fèi)。測試如果不成功，清洗、退罐調(diào)撥等費(fèi)用由我司承擔(dān)，以此降低客戶試驗(yàn)新模式的顧慮和門檻。（2）準(zhǔn)備時間：接到測試指令后，15天以內(nèi)空罐可以到達(dá)全國任何地點(diǎn)的工廠進(jìn)行裝貨。

5、哪些危險品能通過鐵路運(yùn)輸?shù)模?/p>

答：距離在1000公里以上，月穩(wěn)定發(fā)貨量在1000噸以上的業(yè)務(wù)都可以研究是否具備鐵路運(yùn)輸?shù)目尚行裕琰S磷、液堿、片堿、磷酸、丙酮等等，需要具體項(xiàng)目做具體方案。對于暫時還不能在鐵路上進(jìn)行運(yùn)輸?shù)?，也可以保持關(guān)注，隨時鐵路政策的變化，未來8/9類的更多的產(chǎn)品，相信將以集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)男问礁嗟脑阼F路上放開，建議和我司保持聯(lián)系，我們會更新相關(guān)情況給相應(yīng)的客戶。
